GinniRich.com reserves the right to accept or reject your order. If you provide a valid email address, we will notify you upon receipt of your order and confirm order details before processing. Ginni Club Membership Eligibility

The site is accessible only to individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. Minors (under 18 but at least 13 years old) may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. Minors cannot purchase products meant for adult consumption.

GinniRich.com reserves the right to terminate memberships and deny access to users under 18. Access is also restricted for individuals whose membership has been suspended or terminated. If you register as a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement. Users outside Dubai are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These terms and conditions override any previous agreements and will prevail over any conflicting terms in submitted orders.

Account and Registration Obligations

Pricing Information

GinniRich.com strives for accurate product and pricing information. However, errors may occur. Prices are confirmed only after an order is placed. If a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for further instructions.

Online prices may vary from in-store prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Large appliances (e.g., refrigerators, televisions, washing machines) may take 5–7 business days as they are delivered directly by suppliers.

• Deliveries outside city limits: Additional charges may apply.
• Express Delivery: Available within 24 hours in Dubai and Sharjah for select products. Ginni Club Members enjoy free Express Delivery on eligible items.
• Smartphone Orders: Customers must unbox smartphones in the courier’s presence or sign an acknowledgment form. Refusal to comply may result in order cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges

• Products must be in original condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
• Opened items may be returned with a restocking fee.
• The original sales invoice is required for all returns and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

• By GinniRich.com : Orders may be canceled due to stock limitations, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If canceled after payment, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• By Customers: Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Payment and Fraud Prevention

• Customers must use their own valid credit cards for transactions.
• GinniRich.com does not share credit card details with third parties except for fraud verification or legal requirements.
• Any fraudulent transactions will be pursued legally.

Transactional Restrictions

Orders will not be processed in cases of:

• Credit cards issued outside GCC.
• Multiple transaction attempts exceeding daily limits.
• Unauthorized credit/debit card use.

If a transaction fails but funds are deducted, customers are eligible for a refund.

Electronic Communications

By using GinniRich.com, you agree to receive electronic communications (emails, site notifications) regarding transactions and updates. These communications fulfill legal requirements for written notices.

User Responsibilities

Product Colors

Shipping Costs

Easy Payment Plan (Installments)

Shop now and pay later with installment plans:

1. Add items to your cart and choose “Installments” at checkout.
2. Select a suitable installment plan.
3. Confirm your order.
4. Receive an email with payment details.

Processing takes 5–7 business days, subject to bank approval. For updates, contact your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected products.
• A non-refundable AED 25 convenience charge applies.
• Maximum order limit: AED 5000.
• Customers must confirm COD orders within 6 hours via SMS/IVR call.
• Orders can be rescheduled once (maximum 2 business days).
• Payments must be in cash upon delivery.
• Refunds for COD orders will be processed as Ginni Rich gift cards.
• Customers should inspect products for tampering upon delivery.

Return & Exchange

All returns are subject to the Ginni Rich Return & Exchange Policy.

• Orders purchased online are eligible for returns only through courier pickup and will not be accepted at the store.
• To initiate an exchange or return, customers can email support@GinniRich.com or visit the Ginni Rich store for assistance.
• Returned products must be in their original condition, including the box and/or packaging.
• Credit/Debit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days to process.
• For delivered products that meet the return conditions outlined in the Ginni Rich return policy and after inspection, the refund will be issued as an online Ginni Rich gift card within 24 hours, excluding shipping fees.
• If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Ginni Rich will inspect the return and, if eligible under the return policy, refund the product cost along with shipping fees as an online Ginni Rich gift card within 24 hours.
• For all canceled orders and undelivered shipments, a full refund will be issued as a Ginni Rich online gift card within 24 hours.
• Ginni Rich reserves the right to charge a convenience fee for return pickups and may disable the cash-on-delivery option for accounts with a high return rate or a significant number of unaccepted shipments.
